How to Have a HAPPY New Year
Happy New Year isn't just about luck; it’s about adopting habits, attitudes, and decisions that promote your well-being. Here are some ideas to start the year with joy and purpose:
1.    Put Christ First. Let Him direct your path daily. Take stock in studying God’s word daily. Be grateful for the positives blessings and learn from the negatives to keep growing.
2.    Set realistic goals for your Spiritual life. Keep a prayer journal to follow your growth. Define clear and achievable objectives for the year. Break them into small steps and celebrate each progress.
3.    Spend time with your loved ones and nurture relationships that bring you joy. Show gratitude and appreciation for those who support you. Let them know how good God is.
4.    Take care of your physical and mental health. Adopt healthy habits like exercising, eating balanced meals, and getting good sleep. Practice gratitude, smile more, laugh more. Look for funny people and things that make you laugh. Laughter is a good medicine-Proverbs 17:22
5.    Enjoy the little things. Find happiness in simple moments, like a sunrise, a good conversation, or the little bird that tweets. God put them there for our peace of mind and joy. Listen to them-feel God and His presence. Each day is a new opportunity-to share God’s word.
